David Eslick

David Eslick serves as the Chairman and CEO of Marsh McLennan Agency, a position held since January 2009. With extensive experience in the insurance brokerage industry, Eslick previously led USI Holdings as Chairman, President, and CEO, overseeing significant growth and strategic developments. Their earlier roles include President of Acordia and President & CEO of Frederick Rauh & Company, among others. Eslick's career has been characterized by a focus on sales-driven cultures, operational efficiency, and successful acquisitions. Eslick holds an MBA from Xavier University and a degree from the University of Cincinnati.
