Kate Moher

Kate Moher, MBA, currently serves as the President of Employee Health & Benefits at Marsh McLennan Agency, a position held since May 2023, and has been the National Employee Health & Benefits Practice Leader at the same agency since November 2018. Moher previously founded C2 Solutions, acting as Chief Executive Officer from June 2013 to October 2018, focusing on transforming employee benefits consulting through collaboration. Prior to that, Moher spent over 13 years at UnitedHealthcare in various leadership roles, including National Vice President of Broker Strategy & Development, where the national broker distribution strategy for small business and middle market sectors was developed. Early career experience includes serving as Director of Marketing Services at Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and an Executive Leadership Program in Health Care Management from The Wharton School, accompanied by a BA in Business Administration & Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
