Brian Harrick

Brian Harrick has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Brian is currently the Director of Sales Marketing at Marsh Plating Corporation since 2022. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Director of Operations for Compo Builders Inc., where they managed all operational aspects of new home construction and remodeling. Brian had complete P&L responsibility for a $12 million operating budget and led a workforce of 15 direct and 25 indirect reports. Their responsibilities included client acquisition, project costing, sales/support, quality assurance, scheduling, and warranty/customer service activities, as well as overseeing the COVID-19 safety program.

Before joining Compo Builders Inc., Brian held various roles at KC Jones Plating Company. From 2007 to 2019, they served as the Vice President, responsible for P&L turnarounds, quality assurance, business development, and restructuring. Brian oversaw three manufacturing plants and a workforce of 200, including 20 direct and 50 indirect reports. Additionally, they were accountable for the P&L of five business units and was involved in various operational activities such as starting up new plants, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as product development.

Prior to their role as Vice President, Brian worked as a Plant Manager and Corporate Quality Manager at KC Jones Plating Company from 1994 to 2007. In this position, they had P&L responsibility for two business units and oversaw custom metal finishing services for OEMs and automotive and truck component suppliers. Brian also led the corporate quality program across four business units.

Brian Harrick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Brian also completed the OPM Key Executive Program in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Harvard Business School.
