Gem Hendrey

Gem Hendrey currently serves as a Cyber Client Manager Team Lead in the FINPRO division at Marsh since March 2021, after previously holding the position of Cyber Client Manager. Prior to this role, Gem accumulated significant experience at Aviva from December 2008 to March 2021, progressing through positions such as Commercial Motor Claims Manager, Claims Handler, and Sales and Retention Advisor. Educational qualifications include a Business Management Apprenticeship obtained from City College Norwich between 2018 and 2020, in addition to earlier studies in Business Management at City College Norwich and fundamental education at Notre Dame High School from 1992 to 1997.
