Geoff Grace

Geoff Grace is an experienced business architect and consultant currently serving as the UKI Lead Business Architect at Marsh since February 2023, where responsibilities include leading the Business Architecture practice and acting as a trusted partner to the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this role, Geoff held the position of Lead Business Architect at AXA Health from July 2020 to February 2023, where efforts focused on designing future digital operating models and fostering a business architecture culture. Previously, at AXA UK, from October 2009 to July 2020, Geoff contributed significantly to business strategic planning, governance, and transformation initiatives. Earlier career experiences at AXA Insurance included various managerial roles in claims management, where Geoff developed best practice processes and risk management strategies, achieving substantial savings for the company. Geoff is a qualified Enterprise Architect and Programme Manager, with additional certifications in Six Sigma Operational Excellence and Business Process Management, and has been a mentor and coach within the business architecture community.
