Kathleen Innis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of US Sales Operations at Marsh since May 2014. Previously, Kathleen held various leadership roles at Marsh, including Vice President of US Sales & Operations and Vice President of Global Sales. Before joining Marsh, Kathleen gained valuable experience as an Allstate Business Insurance Market Intelligence & Sales Analyst during a Leadership Development Program. Early in professional development, Kathleen was a Consulting Intern at Forsythe Technology and also worked as a Resident Assistant while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Miami University.
