Kristen Grube

Kristen Grube currently serves as Operations Lead at Springfield Clinic since August 2021 and previously held the position of Patient Service Representative at UNITY POINT from June 2019 to February 2023. Kristen's career began at Velde Ford Sales as a Receptionist/Cashier and continued with various roles at CEFCU, including Member Assistant, Inventory Specialist, Mailed Receipts Representative, and Telephone Service Representative over a span of twelve years. Additionally, Kristen worked as a Tumbling Coach at Pekin Park District for a year and held the position of Lead Teller at PNC before transitioning to healthcare operations.
