Gareth Williams

Gareth Williams serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Engineering Businesses at Marshall since November 2023. Previously, Gareth held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Cabinet Office and was a Member of the National Cyber Advisory Board. Gareth's extensive experience in cybersecurity includes serving as Vice President of Operations & International for Thales' Cyber Defence Solutions Business Line, overseeing operations across 13 countries, and leading the Secure Communications & Information Systems in the UK. Additionally, Gareth has significant roles at General Dynamics and has served on the boards of Technology Connected and techUK, contributing to the Cyber Security Management Committee. Gareth's educational background includes a CIMA finance degree and ongoing studies toward an Honourary Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of South Wales.
