Lucinda Ridd

Lucinda Ridd is the current Head of Delivery & Engagement at Marshall McAdam. Lucinda has over 15 years of experience in recruitment and project management.

Lucinda started their career in 1998 as an International Project Manager at William Angliss Institute. In this role, they were responsible for building networks and relationships with various parties across the confectionery industry, joining world production leaders and training providers with local businesses to provide training materials and traineeships.

In 2003, Lucinda left William Angliss Institute to join LINK Recruitment as their Practice Manager. In this role, they managed 15+ consultants working across contract and permanent recruitment in the Accounting and Finance market. This was broken into two teams; Finance Operations (support roles) and Senior Accounting and Finance (mid to senior qualified accounting roles).

In 2009, Lucinda left LINK Recruitment to join Marshall McAdam as their Head of Delivery & Engagement. In this role, they are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all permanent hires, from candidate sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding.

Lucinda Ridd has a business degree from Monash University with a focus in international trade and management. Lucinda also attended Beaconhills College and St Margaret's Berwick Grammar.

Lucinda Ridd reports to Anton Roe, CEO. Some direct reports include Emily Kaye - Delivery Partner, Robert Neumann - Delivery Partner. They work with Jacki McAvenna - Finance Director, Ben Cass - Founder & Client Director, and Reanne Medill - People Engagement Partner.
