David Gaynor

David Gaynor has over 20 years of experience in business valuation and financial services. David is currently working as the Managing Director and Northeast Financial Valuation Practice Leader at Marshall & Stevens Incorporated. Previously, David has held various managerial roles at Crowe, CohnReznick LLP, Pluris Valuation Advisors LLC, Management Planning, Inc., Valuation Research Corporation, Crowe Horwath LLP, and EisnerAmper. Throughout their career, they have specialized in valuations of business enterprises and intangible assets, including purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, fair value measurements, and corporate restructurings.
