Alex Millward

Alex Millward is a Developer at Marshall Wace since November 2022, previously holding the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs from April 2018 to November 2022. At Goldman Sachs, Alex engineered systems for FX systematic market making and Securities Lending Technology, focusing on low latency systems and financing rate determination. Earlier experience includes an Associate role at Morgan Stanley, where systems were built for Credential Services, as well as an Analyst position. Alex started a career with a Summer Internship in Information Risk Management, contributing to intrusion detection software. Academically, Alex earned an MSc in Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a MComp in Computer Science from The University of Sheffield.
