Roman Kolacz

Roman Kolacz is a software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development, currently employed at Marshall Wace since November 2020. Roman has previously held positions at Privitar and OpenGamma, where responsibilities included investigating and resolving performance bottlenecks in key modules. Earlier in the career, Roman served as a university consultant at ARCH Education, assisting prospective students with personal statements and interview preparation for prestigious universities. Roman's technical journey began with a software developer role at Rotageek and a software developer internship at Softwire, complemented by a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.
