Lizzie Manko

Lizzie Manko has extensive experience in HR roles, starting their career as an HR and L&D Assistant at WEST CORNWALL PASTY CO. LIMITED in 2011. Lizzie then progressed to roles at companies like Marussia F1 Team, Serco, Argos, Jack Wills, TK MAXX, William Hill, OLDER PEOPLE'S ACTION IN THE LOCALITY, and currently as the Head of HR and ER at Marshalls plc since 2020. Lizzie'sresponsibilities have included employee relations, industrial relations, partnering with leadership teams, and delivering the people agenda across various industries.

Lizzie Manko holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Design from Northumbria University, completed in 2008. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. In 2014, they received a PRINCE2 Foundation certification in Project Management. Most recently, in 2024, they completed an Executive MBA program at Cranfield University.
