Tobias Milchereit

Tobias Milchereit joined MarshBerry in 2019 and currently serves as a Vice President with a focus on Specialty Distribution and InsurTech. His primary responsibilities include managing sell-side transactions, equity and debt capital raise, due diligence projects, acquisition analysis, and perpetuation planning. During his tenure at MarshBerry, he has advised on several large insurance brokerage transactions on both the buy and sells side. Tobias is recognized for his diverse skill-set and deep industry knowledge. He is also a valuable contributor to MarshBerry’s external publications and has spoken at various industry events.

Prior to joining MarshBerry, Tobias worked at KPMG in New York where he gained extensive experience in transaction advisory with a focus on the insurance brokerage industry. As a manager in the financial services group at KPMG, Tobias managed to buy and sell side financial due diligence engagements and served a wide variety of corporate and private equity clients.

Tobias currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, in addition to the 7, 63, and 79 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.

Tobias earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany.
