Susan Murphy, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in global benefits and compensation, currently serving as the Head of Global Benefits, Mobility & Well-Being at Marsh McLennan. Previously, Susan held several significant roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including Global Benefits Leader and Head of Total Rewards for North America. Additionally, Susan served as the Senior Director of Global Compensation and Benefits at Bacardi and held vice president positions at The New York Times Company, overseeing both Compensation and Benefits and Corporate Benefits. Earlier in their career, Susan was the Director of Benefits at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Inc.
