Frederik Giepmans

Frederik Giepmans has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Frederik is currently the Managing Director at MARSS Group, where they oversee the development of security and surveillance systems using integrated sensor surveillance, artificial intelligence, and open-source intelligence. Prior to this, they served as the Group Project Director and Project Director at MARSS Group.

Before joining MARSS Group, Frederik was the Business Owner at FGTC; project management and technical consultancy in 2016. Frederik also worked as an Engineering Manager at Monaco Resources Group in 2015.

Earlier in their career, Frederik held several roles at SBM Offshore. Frederik worked as an Engineering Subcontracting Manager, responsible for delivering internationally subcontracted engineering scope and managing strategic business relationships with key subcontractors. Frederik also served as a Project Manager, Engineering Project Manager, Lead Naval Architect, and Naval Architect at SBM Offshore.

Frederik's career began in 2005 as a Graduate at Westerveld Conservation Trust.

Frederik Giepmans earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Architecture and a Master of Science degree in Offshore Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Prior to attending university, they attended Gemeentelijk Gymnasium Hilversum for their high school education. Frederik also studied Dutch Law at Leiden University.
