Elena Golita ABPA MCIHT is a Senior Parking Consultant at Project Centre Ltd since October 2021, previously holding various positions at NSL | trusted outsourcing from November 2014 to October 2021, including Enforcement Manager and Civil Enforcement Supervisor.
