Kilala Tilaar

Kilala Tilaar is the CEO of Martha Tilaar Group, overseeing Corporate Creative and Innovative strategies for one of Indonesia's largest natural beauty companies, which boasts a portfolio of 10 brands and extensive retail presence. Additionally, Kilala serves as the President Director of PT. Cedefindo and PT. Creativestyle Mandiri, where responsibilities include managing a leading toll manufacturing company and a full-service creative agency, respectively. Kilala also holds the position of Chairman of the Martha Tilaar Innovation Center, contributing to the innovation strategy and product development within the group. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, retail operations, and business development, Kilala has held various key roles in the Martha Tilaar Group and its subsidiaries since 2005. Kilala's educational background includes a Post Graduate Study in Management and Administration from Harvard University and an MBA in Marketing from Suffolk University.
