Ray Newmiller

Ray Newmiller has extensive work experience in the construction industry, specifically in pre-construction services. Ray has held various roles at Martin-Harris Construction since 1984, including Vice President of Pre-Construction Services. In this role, they provided oversight and key involvement in pre-construction activities from schematic design through the beginning of construction.
