Lily Delgadillo

Lily Delgadillo, MSHR, RACR, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter at MLK Community Healthcare since August 2022. Prior to this role, Lily worked as a Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Staffing from January 2022 to August 2022, and as a Resource Manager at Insight Global from May 2021 to October 2021. Previous experience includes serving as a Community Liaison at Learn4Life Network from May 2018 to June 2021, and as a Case Manager II at AltaMed Health Services from March 2013 to April 2018. Lily Delgadillo holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Brandman University and two bachelor's degrees from California State University, Long Beach: one in Criminal Justice and another in Chicano/Latino Studies.
