Craig LaTorre began their work experience in 1990 at Pepsi Cola Company, where they were initially hired as a Human Resources Representative and later promoted to Manager, overseeing all HR activities for over 500 employees. Craig then joined IBM as the Director of Human Resources for their Technology Service Solutions division in 1995. After that, they worked at First USA Bank as a Vice President of Human Resources, leading HR activities for a startup credit card venture. In 2002, LaTorre joined Honeywell as the Vice President of Human Resources for their Consumer Products Group, where they implemented cost-saving strategies and new recruitment strategies. Craig later served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Honeywell's Process Solutions Group. In 2007, they joined ConocoPhillips as the General Manager of Human Resources for their Commercial & Corporate divisions. In 2011, LaTorre took on the role of Chief Human Resource Officer at Tesoro. Craig then moved to Martin Marietta, where they held multiple roles including Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer and Vice President of Human Resources Field Operations. LaTorre retired in 2024.
Craig LaTorre earned a degree in Labor & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1991. Prior to that, they studied Psychology at the University of Michigan, completing their education in 1989.
