Marc Santre has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marc started their career as a Trainer at IBM, where they delivered computer software training and consulting to Fortune 500 corporate clients. Marc then moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they served as a Learning and Performance Manager, leading the planning and execution of the reporting workstream for the global Learning Management System (LMS).
After that, Marc joined Pearson North America as a Performance Manager, where they led the design and implementation of an IT Balanced Scorecard and partnered with the Human Resources team to deploy a new Performance Management system and process.
Marc then joined USAA and held multiple roles, including Lead Organizational Effectiveness Advisor and Director of Enterprise Change Management. In these roles, they led various transformational initiatives and coached and developed teams to manage strategic change and improve operational efficiency.
Marc's next opportunity was at Andeavor, where they held the positions of Director of Talent Management and later Senior Director, Talent Management. Marc was responsible for leading Talent Management process integration and played a key role in implementing various programs to enhance career development, talent conversations, succession management, and talent management infrastructure.
Currently, Marc is working as the Senior Director - Talent Management at Martin Marietta, where they continue to leverage their expertise in talent management strategies and processes.

Marc Santre has a Certificate in Organizational Design from USC Marshall School of Business, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013.
