Stephanie Martin-Loike has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Stephanie currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at MARTIN & SORBO, where they are responsible for identifying and recovering excess charges in the Ocean Freight Industry. Prior to this, Stephanie was the CEO and Co-Founder of anie international, a consulting company that supported small to medium-sized companies in strategic reorganizations and process management. Stephanie also has experience at thyssenkrupp Presta AG, where they worked as the Head of Quality OU Column EPAS, Quality Engineer OU Column EPAS, and Quality Engineer BU Shaft. Stephanie's roles at thyssenkrupp involved managing quality operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinating compliance with quality standards. Stephanie has also completed internships at HOS Kunststofftechnik GmbH, Polymer Competence Center Leoben GmbH (PCCL), Industrie Betriebe Swatek, Kompetenzzentrum Holz GmbH, Hobas Engineering + Rohre AG, and Kruschitz GmbH | Recycling Plastics, where they gained valuable experience in various industries.
Stephanie Martin-Loike has a diverse educational background in management, science, and engineering. Stephanie obtained their MicroMasters Credential in Supply Chain Management from the MITx MicroMasters® Programs in November 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (MS) in Polymer Science and Engineering at Montanuniversität Leoben in 2012.
Before pursuing their master's degree, Stephanie earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Polymer Science and Engineering from Montanuniversität Leoben in 2010. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in the Erasmus Foreign Scholarship program at Politecnico di Milano, where they studied Material Sciences.
Stephanie has further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining various certifications in quality management. Stephanie became a DGQ Qualitätsmanagerin from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität e.V. in December 2016 and acquired the EOQ Quality Manager certification from the EUROPEAN ORGANIZATION FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT LTD in the same month and year. Prior to that, they obtained the EOQ Quality Management Representative certification in September 2014. Stephanie also holds certifications as DGQ Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragte from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität e.V. in August 2014, as well as a Qualitätsmanager/in from TÜV AUSTRIA in July 2014. Stephanie'searliest certification is as a Quality Manager Junior from TÜV AUSTRIA, which they obtained in December 2012.
Most recently, Stephanie attended Harvard University in 2021 and 2022 to study Managementwissenschaften (Management Sciences).
