Dylan Cater

Dylan Cater is an experienced operations and site manager with a strong background in warehouse management and inventory control. Currently serving as Site Manager at Martin Inc. since March 2023, Dylan oversees parts department operations and implements lean processes for MRO inventory. Prior roles include Operations Manager at PSP Seals, LLC, where management of a warehouse team and optimization of inventory were key responsibilities.
