Juliana Martinelli

Juliana Martinelli serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Martinelli Advogados since January 2007, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of over 1,000 professionals across seven states and the Federal District. In addition to this role, Juliana is a member of the board of directors and manages operations in Santa Catarina, where there are five offices and a team of more than 250 professionals. Juliana also leads the Corporate and M&A division, guiding a specialized team of approximately 50 legal experts in numerous mergers and acquisitions transactions. Juliana's legal career began at Martinelli Advogados in August 1997 as a Corporate Lawyer, focusing on legal documentation and advising clients on corporate matters. Educational qualifications include programs from Singularity University and Harvard Business School, alongside various degrees in law and business administration from prestigious institutions.
