Chance Cumming

Chance Cumming is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in inspection and construction management. As the Small Business Owner of Blue Chip Home Inspections, LLC since December 2020, Chance specializes in home and commercial inspections, including mold, radon, and asbestos assessments. In addition, Chance has held positions such as Project Controls Engineer at Martines Palmeiro Construction, LLC since February 2017, and previously worked as a Field System Manager at Republic Elite Multifamily Interiors and a Junior Scheduling Project Engineer at MPC Construction. Chance also gained experience as a Superintendent at John Sutti and Associates, Inc. Chance Cumming holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of New Mexico.
