Melissa Bonneson

Melissa Bonneson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the healthcare and retail industries. Melissa began their career at LL Bean in 2000 as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, where they worked until 2007. Melissa then joined IDEXX Laboratories as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2007 to 2008. Since 2008, Melissa has been employed at Martin's Point Health Care, where they have held various roles including Sr. Human Resources Business Partner from 2008 to 2010, Sr. Compensation Analyst from 2010 to 2017, and currently works as a Provider Recruiter.

Melissa Bonneson graduated from Simmons University in 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work in June 2014.
