Patricia Hotham, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Patricia began their career as a Conference Director at Intertech Corporation before moving on to become the Head of US Production and then the General Manager/Head of North American Events at Ciba Expert Services dba IntertechPira. In these roles, they produced and marketed numerous conferences, collaborated with various teams, and oversaw a portfolio of events attended by high-profile companies.
After their time at Ciba Expert Services, Patricia joined BASF/Smithers dba IntertechPira as the General Manager/Head of North American Events. In this position, they further expanded their event production and marketing skills, managing over 50 conferences and overseeing a portfolio of 100 conferences.
Patricia then transitioned to emg3 - Tide Smart as an Operations Manager, where they worked on cross-functional teams to activate client promotions nationwide. Patricia also managed promotional talent, project management, and enhanced the Access database.
Subsequently, Patricia joined the Portland Water District as a Financial Analyst, specializing in analyzing and reporting on fixed assets and tracking capital improvement projects.
Currently, Patricia is a Finance Business Partner at Martin's Point Health Care. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Financial Analyst and an Accountant III at the same organization. In these positions, they provided financial analysis, reporting, and support to C-suite executives and senior leadership. Patricia also contributed to the monthly and annual close process, regulatory reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Patricia Hotham, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University, which they earned from 2017 to 2021. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Certificate in Accounting from the University of Southern Maine, focusing on accounting, during the period of 2012 to 2014. In 1997, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations/German from the University of Maine, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, Patricia spent a year abroad at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg in 1994-1995, where they focused on their German language skills. Patricia began their higher education journey at the University of New Hampshire in 1992, concentrating on International Affairs from 1992 to 1993.
