Andrea Košutová

Andrea Košutová is an experienced HR Specialist and Coach currently working in the Martinus Experience (MX) team since June 2021, focusing on learning and development, coaching, mental health, employer branding, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Andrea served as HR & Brand Manager at Teach For Slovakia, where responsibilities included designing a comprehensive recruiting model and leading a team of recruiters. Previous experience includes positions at Itera Slovakia as an HR & Employer Branding Specialist, ui42 as a Copywriter, and various HR roles at jobangels.co, 1Global Translators, Adecco Group, and Manpower Slovakia. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Social and Work Psychology from Comenius University in Bratislava.
