Jen Kearney

Jen Kearney currently serves as Chief People Officer at Marussia Beverages USA since January 2024, following the acquisition of Watershed Distillery, where Kearney has been Director of Administration since February 2022. Prior roles include Business Manager & Assistant to the CEO and Operations Manager at Kuhn Limited, where Kearney significantly enhanced revenue and client referrals through strategic initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at Franklin County Family and Children First Council, Urbana University as both Assistant and Adjunct Professor, and South Euclid-Lyndhurst City Schools as a Literacy Specialist. Kearney is pursuing further education in the Executive Leadership Program at Gatton College of Business and Economics, building on an MEd from John Carroll University and a BA from Urbana University.
