Phil Snowball

Phil Snowball has over 25 years of experience in human resources information systems and management. Currently serving as HRIS Director at Marvell Technology since November 2007, Phil has also held roles including Senior Principal HRIS Business Analyst and Senior HRIS Business Analyst. Prior to this, Phil worked at Oracle from 1995 to 2007, where responsibilities included QA Manager and roles in Customer Training Project Management and Sales. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Coventry University, completed between 1992 and 1995.
