Sarah Gregory

Sarah Gregory has served in various roles at Marvell Technology since January 2011, ultimately rising to the position of Head of Global Benefits, with responsibilities encompassing global benefits and wellness initiatives. Prior roles included Senior Staff Benefits Analyst and Benefits Coordinator, where Sarah managed leave of absence programs, employee communications, and corporate-wide events for over 4,000 attendees. Prior to Marvell, Sarah held the position of Administrative Coordinator at MINDBODY, Inc., where responsibilities included mentoring and training new hires. Additional experience includes a temporary position at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Pool Manager at Brookside Club of Saratoga, overseeing pool programs and employee management. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology with a minor in Spanish from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
