Viktorija Proskurovska is an experienced Labour Market Intelligence Manager at the World Employment Confederation since August 2022. Previously, Viktorija served as a Policy Advisor in Economics and Statistics at Insurance Europe from February 2014 to July 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing EU economic policies, managing data for sector-wide statistics, and collaborating on reports with industry experts. From February 2007 to January 2014, Viktorija worked as an Economic Policy Adviser at the European Banking Federation, focusing on macroeconomic analysis and economic forecasting for the euro area. Earlier roles included Finance Officer at the European Agency for Development in Special Needs Education, managing EU-funded projects, and Economist at the Ministry of Finance of Latvia, where economic monitoring and reporting were key tasks. Viktorija holds an MBA in Strategy from the Open University Business School, a Postgraduate Diploma in European Studies from Syddansk Universitet, and a Bachelor's degree in Analytical Economics from the University of Latvia.
