Mark Powers is an accomplished engineering professional with a diverse background in systems engineering, research, and technical operations. Currently serving as the Lead Systems Engineer at Marvin Engineering Company since October 2021, Mark has previously held roles as a Test Engineer and engaged in various positions, including Research Assistant at Loyola Marymount University, where contributions were made to the development of an antenna system and a CubeSat project. Mark's experience includes an internship at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command focusing on autonomous vehicles, and significant research undertakings such as working on vehicle-to-vehicle collision detection using NFC technology and conducting astronomical research on double star systems.
