Chris Stith

Chris Stith is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Marvin since January 2024. Previously, Chris held various leadership roles at ChampionX from November 2017 to January 2024, including HR Leader for Global Functions and HR Director for the OFC Western Hemisphere. Prior experience includes HR Director for Energy Services Supply Chain at Nalco Champion, HR Manager roles at Ecolab, and significant positions at Lockheed Martin and Northern Tool + Equipment. Chris's educational background includes an MBA from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an AA from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
