Garrett Pitcher, Ph.D. has a background in medical physics and nuclear engineering. Garrett has worked at various prestigious institutions, starting with their role as a Nuclear Engineering Co-op at the Y-12 National Security Complex from 2005 to 2007. Garrett then completed a Medical Physics Residency at the UF Health Cancer Center - Orlando Health from 2015 to 2017. Following this, they worked as a Medical Physicist at the Mayo Clinic from 2017 to 2019. Continuing their academic journey, Garrett completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Health/Medical Physics from Louisiana State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2015.
