Chrl Zoobie Singh

Zoobie Singh, CHRL has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Zoobie is currently the Director of People & Culture at MBI Brands Inc. and previously held the same role at Mary Brown's Chicken. Before that, they worked for Restaurant Brands International in various capacities, including as a People Business Partner and in People Services roles. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Savannah Seeds Pvt Ltd and held managerial positions at Kaya Limited. Zoobie began their career as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Reliance Retail and worked as an Associate Consultant at Spectrum Consultants India Private Limited. Zoobie's experience encompasses various areas of HR, including payroll, HRIS, talent engagement, and HR business partnering.

Zoobie Singh, CHRL, obtained an MBA in Human Resources from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they completed a B Tech in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Technical University.

In addition to their formal education, Zoobie Singh has also pursued several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Zoobie obtained a CHRL certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in June 2021. In November 2020, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn. Before that, in May 2016, Zoobie acquired a certification in People Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania.
