Ralph Cullen is an experienced Research Manager currently leading the Quant Team at Etsy since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ralph served as a Research Manager at Workday from June 2022 to October 2023, where leadership involved developing and managing a remote team of researchers across the US and Europe, receiving universal positive feedback and high performance evaluations. Ralph's earlier experience includes a tenure at State Farm, serving as UX Research Manager from June 2014 to May 2022, overseeing a diverse team to tackle various research challenges.
