Deborah Gibbins is the current COO at Mary Kay, and they have extensive experience in both the finance and marketing industries. Deborah spent 16 years with PepsiCo - Frito Lay, where they eventually became the finance senior vice president of revenue management. In this role, they were responsible for managing finance teams supporting marketing and national customer sales functions, as well as forecasting and reporting all elements of the marketing mix for brands, channels, and key customers. Prior to PepsiCo - Frito Lay, Deborah spent 10 years with Arthur Andersen as a senior manager. Throughout their career, Deborah has demonstrated their ability to lead and manage teams effectively, as well as their keen understanding of both marketing and finance. With their wealth of experience, they are well-equipped to continue driving Mary Kay forward as its COO.
