Audrey C. has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Teaching Assistant at the Council on Rural Services, where they educated and cared for children, assisted with paperwork, daily activities, and developed lesson plans. In 2015, they joined Mary Rutan Hospital and started as a Patient Access Representative, registering patients and verifying information and insurance. Audrey then worked as a Lead Receptionist, standardizing and training ambulatory registrars and creating a comprehensive training manual. In 2017, Audrey became the Patient Access Training Coordinator, responsible for training coordination. In 2018, they transitioned to become a Revenue Cycle Analyst, and eventually, a Decision Support Analyst in 2019.

Audrey C. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Healthcare Administration from Urbana University. Audrey pursued their education at the university from 2009 to 2015.
