Letha Mann

Letha Mann has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Letha started their career in 1990 as a Computer Lab Support at The Ohio State University. Letha then worked at ConAgra Foods as an IT Software Trainer/ Help Desk from 1996 to 1999 and later as an IT Admin/ MS Trainer. From 2002 to 2004, they served as an Education Dept. Trainer at Crown Equipment Corporation.

In 2005, Letha joined Cargill as a Process Improvement specialist and was responsible for collaborating with clients to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations. Letha also designed a Sales Forecast System that improved the client's preparedness for sales increases. Letha stayed with Cargill until 2012.

From 2013 to 2015, Letha worked at Edison Community College as a Data Generalist, assisting with data reporting and monitoring of key performance indicators. Letha then joined AcuSport Corporation as a Supply Planning Analyst, where they made purchasing and inventory recommendations based on data analysis.

In 2015, Letha started working at Mary Rutan Hospital. Letha initially served as a Business Data Analyst, responsible for processing data, developing reports, and analyzing information using various statistical methods. Letha then became the Decision Support Coordinator, supporting the decision-making process within the organization. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Decision Support.

In addition to their job roles, Letha also had their own company, KnowledgeBase, Inc., where they served as the owner from 1999 to 2014. Within the company, they held various roles, including MS Access Developer, Computer Trainer, and Business Analyst.
