Yvonne Bellamy

Yvonne Bellamy serves as the Operation Manager for Maryland Head Start Association, Inc., overseeing program operations and fiscal management while collaborating with the Executive Officer and Board of Directors. As the Owner of Dataplus Consultants, Yvonne provides data management consulting, professional development training, and facilitation services with a focus on Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Yvonne has extensive experience with the GoEngage database system and has offered customized training and support for over 23 years. Previous roles include serving as the NFS/Volunteer Coordinator and Interim Data Manager at Y of Central Maryland Baltimore County Head Start, where responsibilities included managing a significant budget and coordinating volunteer programs, as well as fulfilling duties as a Data/IT Specialist managing various databases.
