Naycherie A.

Naycherie A. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Naycherie began their career as a Customer Service Representative at the Department of Defense in 2009, where they maintained the front desk and handled incoming and outgoing correspondence. In 2011, they joined Dublin Primary Care as a Revenue Cycle Manager, responsible for billing and bookkeeping activities. Naycherie then transitioned to working as a Pharmacy Technician in the US Army from 2006 to 2012, where they stocked and distributed medications and assisted healthcare providers and patients. In 2014, they worked as an Office Manager for State Farm, planning meetings and managing the reception area. Naycherie A. joined Maryland Oncology Hematology in 2015 as a Practice Manager, working closely with physicians to manage patient schedules. Naycherie was later promoted to Practice Administrator and, most recently, to Director of Practice Operations.

Naycherie A. obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Health Services Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution between 2014 and 2017. In 2011, Naycherie completed their Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Phoenix. Naycherie also attended the AMEDD Military School in 2006 and 2007, specializing in Pharmacy Technician/Assistant studies.
