Joy Hoffman

Joy Hoffman is a Project Manager at Maryland Tech Council since April 2021, with previous experience as a Program Manager at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine and DoD Biotechnology HPC Software Applications Institute. They also served as a Legal Services Plan Administrator at AOPA.
