Neil Davis

Neil Davis is an experienced professional in venture capital and entrepreneurial development, currently serving as a General Partner for TCP Venture Capital and a member of the SciTech Venture Fund Advisory Board at Wexford Science & Technology, LLC. In addition to various board roles, including with the Eastern Shore Entrepreneurship Center and the Maryland Tech Council, Neil is actively involved in mentoring and supporting startups through programs such as Innovation Works and Business Continuity Task Force. Previous leadership positions include Senior Director of Entrepreneurial Development at the Maryland Technology Development Corporation, Vice President at Emerging Technology Centers, and Vice President at Environmental Elements Corp, where significant turnaround achievements occurred. Neil holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College.
