Christine Gorchon has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Christine is currently working as the Human Resources Director at MaryRuth's since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Human Resource Specialist at Insperity from 2018 until February 2022. In this role, they provided HR consultancy and business partnership to various small to mid-sized businesses across multiple industries. Christine ensured compliance with employment laws, developed and implemented policies, managed recruitment, training, and employee relations.

Before joining Insperity, Christine served as the General Office and HR Manager at Overbrook Entertainment from 2015 to 2018. Christine was responsible for managing both general office operations and HR functions. Additionally, they gained experience in the healthcare sector as a Human Resources professional at IPC The Hospitalist Company from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they handled HR processes, new hire orientation, and benefit administration.

Christine's earlier work experience includes a role as a Human Resources professional at VXI Global Solutions, Inc from 2011 to 2014. Their responsibilities involved HR documentation, reporting, new hire orientation, and handbook distribution. Prior to that, they worked as a Nursing Management Assistant at St. Jude College from 2005 to 2007 and as a Nursing Intern at RTRMS - Makati Medical Center from 2003 to 2005.

Christine Gorchon, PHR, PHRca, SHRM-CP, has a diverse education history. Christine started their education journey at St. Jude College, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended RTRMS - Makati Medical Center from 2002 to 2005, earning an Associate of Science degree in Health Science Education.

In 2001 and 2002, Christine Gorchon studied at Assumption College, pursuing an Associate's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Later on, in 2016, they enrolled in UCLA Extension to explore Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management, although no specific degree was mentioned.

In addition to their educational achievements, Christine Gorchon has obtained two professional certifications. Christine became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in October 2019, certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
