Asha Bariya started their work experience in 2015 as a Credit Officer at MAS Financial Services Ltd. Asha then moved to MAS Finance Ltd. in the same year, where they worked as a Sr. Credit Officer until 2018. In 2018, they joined RBL Finserve Ltd as a Branch Credit Manager.
Asha Bariya completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Gujarat University between 2013 and 2015. Asha also pursued certification in Credit Management from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) as a Certified Credit Research Analyst (CCRA).
