Brad Ballentine joins MAS Holdings as the Chief Executive Officer of MAS ACME. Brad has a deep understanding of the US domestic and international business environment, with experience in apparel and textile business processes from raw fiber to retail. Prior to joining MAS, Brad was the CEO of Fox River Mills, where he led the full conversion of traditional design and product development to a 3D Digital Production Model, driving significant reduction in time to market and increase in brand and retailer benefit.
Brad's experience over the past three decades began with yarn, fabric and apparel production extending to merchandising and sales. He spent nearly 15 years with leading workwear manufacturer Williamson-Dickie, where he led the transformation of manufacturing as well as the merchandising and sales teams. This was followed by a stint with Renfro Corporation, where he led the Performance Brands division.
Brad has a BSc in Textile Science from the Clemson University Clemson South Carolina, and a Master of Business Administration from the Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He has multicultural experience working in Latin America and is proficient in Spanish language.
Brad, his wife Megan and their four children enjoy an active lifestyle of sports and travel. They have lived in North Carolina for over 8 years and are active in their community, having founded ‘The Four Arrows Foundation’ - a charitable healthcare and medical treatment organisation.
