Bruna Osako Rocha

Bruna Osako Rocha is a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, expected to graduate in December 2025. Currently, Bruna serves as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Tesla, focusing on designing die face surfaces and components under global tooling standards, while also working on over seven die projects. In addition, Bruna is a Data Engineering Intern at Lineage, enhancing operational efficiency through data analysis and project management improvements. As the Mechanical Lead for the MASA-Dearborn Rocketry Team, Bruna has developed a gyroscope for flight data collection and led a team in conducting airbrake testing, achieving significant improvements in rocket performance. Complementing these roles, Bruna has contributed to cognitive neuroscience research as a Research Assistant, utilizing EEG techniques, and previously worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at campus b, where efforts centered on sustainable practices in the cosmetics industry.
