Do Nguyen

Do Nguyen currently serves as the Head of Organizational Development and Employer Branding at Masan Consumer Holdings since December 2022. With extensive experience in the field, Do has previously held various leadership roles in talent development and organizational culture at MoMo (M_Service) and Gojek. Additionally, Do has worked as a Human Resources Business Partner Lead at Prudential Vietnam Finance Company Ltd. and as Sales Training Design & Development Lead at FE CREDIT. As a visiting lecturer at Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Do shares expertise in the domain of organizational development. Do holds a Master's degree in Finance Banking and a Master of Agricultural Economics from Can Tho University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance Banking from the same institution.
